Spent over 2 hours today just off The Broadway manning the Street Surgery table that Georgina (Candidate for Leigh Ward) and I were holding. It was a great success, with free legal consultations, a chance to raise matters with our local MP and a great opportunity to come and meet Georgina and I to find out what we are all about.
I was initially concerned that I might not meet too many Blenheim residents in Leigh today, but it was really encouraging the number that I did meet and the topics we discussed gave me food for thought. It won’t be long now until I something similar in Blenheim, but you’ll have to watch this space I’m afraid!
Good afternoon delivering my pledges to residents of Blenheim too. I, and my team of supporters, including a number of Southend Councillors covered nearly the whole ward. Good to meet a few residents at the same time, and I am looking forward to being able to spend more time 1-2-1 with residents now that my pledges and introduction are out there.
